We Need Volunteers for Masses on Saturdays and Sundays:
Maybe you have been helping for the past few weeks? Maybe you signed up to help out and have not yet stepped forward? Maybe you attend Mass weekly and would like to help out? We are always looking for more people to help minister to our parish as we reopen. We need additional help to maintain our four weekly Masses (4:30 pm, 8 am, 10 am, and 12 pm). If we do not have the volunteer support necessary to have Mass, we will not be able to maintain this weekly schedule. If you will be attending and are considering helping, please sign up below.
Each parishioner that signs up to volunteer is GUARANTEED a spot at Mass.
*(No need to reserve a spot in the general sign up going out Wednesday evening at 6 pm if you are volunteering! Your name will be included on the Volunteer Registration List)*
Note** If you are signing up more than one person to volunteer, please select the position you would like to help with and then select the number of people that will be helping. A drop down window will ask for the names of all participants under your reservation. If you need to modify your volunteer reservation at any time, please reach out to Emilee Baldwin or Karyn Baldwin.
What does each position entail?
- Greeter: Arrive 30-45 minutes before the start of Mass to sanitize hands or check people in on the reservation list.
- Guide: Arrive 30-45 minutes before the start of Mass to guide parishioners to their seats. During Mass, sanitize hands as parishioners come up for communion. Guide parishioners out of the pews to exit the church at the conclusion of Mass.
- Clean-Up: At the end of Mass, come to the Narthex to spray and wipe down frequently used/touched surfaces with disinfectant and water.
- Fogger: At the end of Mass, come to the Narthex to get the fogger. Use the fogger to spray down the pews.
